ZENFURNITURES

Zenfurnitures is about displaying the hardwood timbers of  the Northern Australian Savannah  country where I

live on the Western slopes of the Atherton Tableland of Far North Queensland.

The heat of the dry seasons and the soaking rain of the wet, seasons and hardens the timber and produces

very interesting shapes and textures. The rivers and creeks polish and  shape the wood as well as

seasoning it . The pieces that are exposed,and escape bush fires,are gnarled and twisted giving them

that archaic zen look. The elements form them into twisted and ancient looking pieces of art that are

extremely hard.

LED"S

The LED lights are 12volt supplied by an adapter that plugs into mains power. The bulbs are long

lasting and use very little power. The amount would vary from light to light but is around 3 Watts including the trasformer.

They can be left on 24-7.The bulbs give brilliant and pure colour . Where as conventional light colours are made

by the light passing through coloured plastic or glass,the LED's are set on the spectrum and give a pure colour.

SHIPPING

Shipping will depend on the item and the destination and will have to be individually made for most items.

Allow one day extra  on delivery if it needs to be crated. Local deliveries won't need packing.
